Improve SAML authentication docs:

  • Dedicated page for SAML (original page was getting too cluttered)
  • Vendor-specific instructions for Azure AD and Okta
  • Removed under-specified instructions for OneLogin
  • Improved documentation for generic SAML identity providers
  • Many other papercut fixes
