Add docs for content key expressions

Context key expressions are a significant feature of Sourcegraph extensions, but they're not documented anywhere.

This adds documentation that describes what context key expressions are, how they work, what they support, and what their limitations are.

In the future this could be expanded with: use cases, examples.
