Completes step 1 in #5576 (closed). Consolidates blockquote components & outlines all blockquote variations in this miro for brand.

Changelog

  1. Consolidates all blockquotes into one component to ensure brand standardization.
  2. Removes unused or unneed blockquote components.
  3. Creates outline of all blockquote variations for brand input.

Notes

  • I think headlines & border variations are reasonable. But I question if text alignment & text sizes can be standardized with brand.

Test

  1. Ensure prettier has standardized the proposed changes.
  2. Smoke test for any breaking changes to files touched.
