refactor: fix unnecessary verbosity in GitLab OAuth authz provider naming

This PRs fix the inconsistent naming for GitLab OAuthz authz provider, i.e. removed "authz" portion as it's already under authz namespace, and be consistent to have SudoProvider and OAuthProviderOAuthAuthzProvider.
