metrics: track and label traffic from native gitlab integration

Labels metrics with origin label so we can distinguish between normal traffic and traffic coming in from the native gitlab integration.

Any Sourcegraph instance can make this distinction and also set which native integration it wants to track.

still to do:

  • for exact code intel: use existing or introduce new duration histogram
  • for basic code intel: find metrics and label them
