Cleans up and tightens the campaign walkthrough description.

  • remove dangling i. bullet
  • replace quotes with ticks (the quotes render weird)
  • clarify create campaign section (e.g., what does 'progress' mean?, do user's care about whether this is done 'async'?, etc)
