a8n: Fix burndown chart weirdness

Fixes #7343

Also hides the burndown chart if no datapoints are available yet (this can be the case for manual campaigns, but soon not automatic campaigns anymore, once we restrict creation to only when there was at least 1 changeset generated in the preview)
