Add Bitbucket Server native integration e2e test

Administrator requested to merge bitbucket-integration-test into master

The bitbucket.test.ts e2e test can now be run against the native integration by setting the environment variable BITBUCKET_TEST_INTEGRATION.

The setup will install the native integration onto the Bitbucket instance if necessary, and configure it to point at the specified Sourcegraph instance.
