search ui: rename lucky search to smart search

Rename "lucky search" to "smart search" in all web client code.

  • This does rename the search.results.collapseLuckySearch temporary setting which is very recently introduced and not a huge deal if the small percentage of users who collapse that panel have to see it again once.
  • This does not rename the ab-lucky-search feature flag or any data that comes from the server.

Test plan

This is a rename-only PR, no tests should be affected by this change.
