vsce: disable failing test and re-enable nightly integration tests

Disables failing only in CI test and re-enable nightly VSCE integration tests run. Follow-up issue: https://github.com/sourcegraph/sourcegraph/issues/40366.

Test plan

• tested locally: commented-out code works as expected;
• integration tests pass in CI.
