Description

This PR removes the preset list of use cases and instead pushes a free-form text input.

Still exploring what returns the most valuable engagement, for this reason (and for simplicity) I've kept it as otherUseCase. This is essentially what the "Other" checkbox was for previously, and it serves the same purpose.
