Integration testing: skip flaky tests

These tests have flaked at least once, and our integration tests have been getting flakier in general. I'm skipping these now, but we may have to skip more in the future. I'd like to avoid skipping all integration tests since they are valuable, but I think our integration testing needs a little attention. I've logged an issue in our board to spend some time on that.
