Rename field Options to RepoOpts (other jobs name this field either RepoOpts or RepoOptions, I chose RepoOpts for consistency with CommitSearchJob which is currently the only other job tracing this field).

Add field RepoOpts to the trace for ComputeExcludedReposJob.
