• Fixes the "Speak to engineer" link in the admin panel
• Adds "AnchorLink" and "RouterLink" displayName

Test plan

• sg start dotcom
• Open https://sourcegraph.test:3443/users/{username}/settings/about-organizations
• Check "Speak to engineer" link correctly opens
