combine settings & account pages for users and orgs

The settings and account pages for users and organizations are now combined into a single tab.

Previously, the user and organization areas had 2 tabs: Settings and Account. This created opportunities for confusion. Now, there is only one tab, Settings, and it shows the JSON editor and (very discoverable) sidebar items for the other pages, such as user/organization profile, emails, etc.
