Runs integrations tests in the record mode in the browser extension nighly pipeline. Motivation: RFC 634

Test plan

Tested by replacing addBrowserExtensionIntegrationTests (the browser extension integration tests in replay mode) with recordBrowserExtensionIntegrationTests (tests in record mode) and check that clientIntegrationTests step is passing in the pipeline. Thus it is expected to pass in the browser extension nightly pipeline.
