Description

This change is a part of a larger effort to reorganize code in gitserver. The Repository Management Team is moving git commands from internal/vcs/git to internal/gitserver.

Test plan

  • tests still pass for the code that's been moved around
  • dead code removal for DiffFileIterator:
    • ran sg start to make sure app starts and loads as expected
    • no tests or production code reference the removed code
