Follow up on https://github.com/sourcegraph/sourcegraph/pull/33483.

Enables browser extension unit tests and disables integration tests until https://github.com/sourcegraph/sourcegraph/issues/33484 is fixed.

Browser extension integration tests were still running in release and nightly pipelines causing errors.

Ensure browser extension unit tests run in the pipeline.
