search-blitz: track literal queries for monorepos

We track our existing literal queries targetted at the monorepo. We do this for both indexed and non-indexed search. I noticed this gap while diving into performance of gigarepo on dogfood.

Test Plan: copy pasted these queries into cloud and dogfood.
