I suspect there might be something funky going on with asdf reshim golang to cause https://sourcegraph.slack.com/archives/C01N83PS4TU/p1647548987104139 - this change unifies the reshim so we only do it once. Not really much of a change though - we could move this to pre-command or similar, but this is only used for Go testing so that seems a bit overkill
Also fixes up output for asdf install to make it easier to find
