Code Insights: Add final tweaks for the insight cloud landing page

Test plan

  • Add gif (hero image) for the first section
  • Add cloud-specific ping events (You can find these cloud pings here in desings)
  • Make sure that pings from the in-product landing page and cloud landing page work independently
  • One more added by @joelkw : https://github.com/sourcegraph/sourcegraph/issues/31686
  • Add promo video (I've added the batch changes video as a mock since we didn't get the Code Insights Joel's video published yet)
