The legend says "Value" for all repositories that aren't tracked in our INDEXING_METRICS_REPOS_ALLOWLIST environment variable.

Test plan

I ran the monitoring stack with these new dashboards against sourcegraph.com's Prometheus instance. This setup was used to generate the screenshot above.
