Context: Working on https://github.com/sourcegraph/sourcegraph/issues/28532 and trying to determine where the requests with actor="none" are coming from. I'm hoping the addition of this "path" label can shed some light on where this is happening. I think that this shouldn't be to high-cardinality for prometheus to handle.
