doc: add SOC2/GN-XXX tags to relevant sections

Adds <span class="badge badge-note">SOC2/GN-105</span> to relevant sections as part of #29724 (closed) , as per our sync today (details). This makes it easier for us to collect our relevant documentation to hand off to security in https://github.com/sourcegraph/sourcegraph/issues/29719

This enables us to more easily collect relevant documentation via a search (or a search notebook!), and makes it easier to point auditors/security team to relevant locations.
