Docs: add docs for e2e testing

My goal is for anybody to be able to troubleshoot, run, and add new e2e tests by reading the docs. I've included all the tips/tricks I can think of.

Is anything unclear? Did I skip a step anywhere? Is anything inaccurate? Is this comprehensive enough for someone without any prior knowledge of e2e tests to get started?
