These are just some minor clarifications I have made to close out some tickets I'd left open for doc updates. I'd like to do a deeper dive into a more general doc update of the troubleshooting lsif docs, but I need to get these tickets closed and focus on some k8s enablement docs atm.

Please see comments on some of the changes here that I'm uncertain about
