Description Update the list of orgs when the user accepts an org invite.

Tested Tested manually by:

accepting first invite -> Org section appears in navbar, has 1 org
accepting another invite -> Org section appears in navbar, has 2 orgs

This started as a fork of #28964, but it seems that the issue is related to Org Invite acceptance (as ex. leaving the org is correctly represented in Navbar).
