Code Insights: Fix creation intro page layout (spacing and sizes)

Follow up for https://github.com/sourcegraph/sourcegraph/pull/28460

This PR updates

  • chart preview card according to the latest design spec
  • Spacing between card chart and card body (@AlicjaSuska since we go with "example block inside the card" way I set spacing for card body to 2rem instead of 2.5rem, visually it doesn't make any difference add it a little reduces the height of the card.
