ssbc: Improve many little things on execution page

This PR addresses a lot of small and larger paper cuts and shortcomings of the SSBC execution detail page. This is nowhere close to EM3 but makes the overall experience a tad better.

  • Implemented retries
  • Full-width UI
  • Batch spec global stats
  • Lots of little design tweaks
  • FilteredConnection for workspaces
  • Addresses performance issues with larger batch specs
  • Fixes a bug in retries where the mutation would fail if no changeset specs have been created so far
