Adds the (optimized!) animated SVG for the loading spinner when the Workspaces Preview is loading! It's animated with inline, embedded JS with a <script> tag so I was trying all this other fancy stuff to load the SVG in but it turns out just putting it in the assets folder was simplest lol.
