dev/ci: replace `backend-dry-run/` with `backend-integration/`, fix pipeline steps

This PR deprecates the old backend-dry-run/ prefix in favour of a clearer one, backend-integration/, that runs the default PR checks suite as well as the backend integration tests. The tests depend on a server candidate, so that step is added as well.
