Use new SSBC APIs in web UI

This PR is not complete, and the code quality isn't super high. I think it's still worth merging though, as it is exactly what we need to achieve our next EM: Get back to a state where we can use SSBC. I don't think it should block us that we don't have anything from the designs implemented yet, or that the fetching logic is still a bit stupid. We should get this out as soon as possible and then start dividing the work onto more people. This is among the last steps to pull in more people.
