Make a prettier docs homepage for code insights

Adding some style updates + screenshot + few phrases, shortening a few others. Figure we're sending people from our modal here somewhat, so it's worth updating!

cc @thisisvic for language updates, though we can always change these again and make another pass at GA cc @felixfbecker some notes on code things I'm intentionally not updating at the moment but have noted down:

  • I copied the CSS from batch changes and it looks like code monitoring is also using. Probably this should be factored higher level.
  • I wasn't sure the best way to do a light/dark check (make a div, fill it with a background img in CSS?) so I left it just dark for now.
