[Hack Time MVP] Enhance GH Search with Sourcegraph

This is an MVP to test if users will be clicking at all.

Description

This PR:

  • Adds a sort of "Search in Sourcegraph" item to the Github global/native search

Note: that first time if inputting only a single letter, it doesn't show up, because it relies on the "All GH" item which is added asynchronously, though it doesn't seem to be an issue, anyway, since searching by single letter doesn't make sense at all.
