client: Remove PAT option for user added code

Administrator requested to merge core/remove-pat-dropdown into main

Removed the option to add via a personal access token (PAT). This allows us to:

  1. Removed the code host connection buttons
  2. Switch from a dropdown to a single connect or remove button
