Description

We have a regression where GitLab OAuth code host connection doesn't work, GitHub works fine. I tested.

Changes

Disable both OAuth code host buttons for GitLab and GitHub for consistency
In code host connection dropdown menu keep OAuth for GitHub but not for GitLab
