Switch to bundlesize2

Bundlesize2 is the preview of the upcoming bundlesize 1.0.0. Why would we want to use it? Because it removes the dependency on iltorb, a native binding that takes ~15s to compile. Given that many CI steps run yarn, this will save a minute or two of CI run time easily.
