doc: Update architecture diagram

Major changes: we (will)'ve replaced the bundle manager with a blob store + postgres db, and we have already replaced the precise-code-intel-indexer and indexer-vm services with the executor-queue and executor services (respectively) in an effort to make a general solution that would also work for teams such as campagins.
