search: show tab keyboard tip on MonacoQueryInput autocomplete suggestions

There seems to be no way to hook into the Monaco Editor suggestions UI through the API, so I came up with a CSS-only fix that works nicely.

Would love some feedback from @quinnkeast or @rrhyne on the design and color choices.
