search: make two integration tests less flaky

  • The first test appears to be flaky, repo order is too nondeterministic, so I'm fixing it to a specific repo.
  • Second change removes common case where sourcegraph repo is cloned.

I don't expect to make more changes to these tests--we should change over to use Joe's stuff ASAP.
