fix header row to make sorting easier
add --window.highlight to define what is a "recent" resource
make most recent resources bold in report - see https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1_bHvFXBVvtg3jOgq6fPuHFO0NlASW7SEJ3ip1bMuWJw/edit#gid=1313726877 for example
misc fixes to the tool
