JetBrains: Splitter resize doesn’t work with web view

    Problem

    It's also hilarious how I struggle to demo the bug :D

    Solution

    It's probably difficult/impossible to make it work with the web view. I think the event handling just won't work well. My suggestion is to add a little padding around the web view on the Swing side.
