This PR removes a number of dashboards that I view as deprecated or useless. They are either superseded by the new monitoring dashboards, or are in a horrible state as is with broken panels, etc.

For each one, I have compared them with the new monitoring dashboards to ensure there is not anything major missing. See the commit messages for details.
