Rework minor stuff on campaigns UI

• Make campaign is a draft an alert
• Make burndown chart info not an alert
• More padding between [Draft] chip and repository name
• [Draft] chip next to title if a campaign is a preview
• Description field needs a , turn text in () into info text above form field, remove placeholder
• Campaign title input field needs a , remove placeholder
• Campaign title input full width in the next line
• Swap changesets and diffs tabs
• placeholder when is empty
• Add a heading “Campaign details” for all campaign details, right below the campaigns breadcrumb

Proper form

• Visual distinction between “Preview”, “Draft”, “Created” UI should be better
