Docs UX improvements and minor content changes

  • Content links now respect docs branch (instead of always navigating to master)
  • Re-ordered nav so 'Install Sourcegraph' and 'Configure Sourcegraph' are at the top of the admin nav section
  • Changed index links on the admin/config/index page
  • Increased width of left nav and decreased width of page nav
  • Left nav now scrolls to selected nav item on page load
  • Breadcrumb trail respects terms that are in all caps
  • Fixed error in startSourcegraphCommandInit if the docker run command snippet does not exist on the page
  • Fixed mobile bug where the content nav could not be expanded
