release: cut update guides as part of release:stage

Automates the update guides for each deployment type by moving any steps into the new release version.

  • Removes some stubs such as links to the upgrade guide as these are already featured at the top of each page.
  • Removes the hubspot link as this hasn't landed well. If a customer wants to feedback I'm not sure they'll return to this page to do it anyway. An alternative may be to have it as an optional step in the upgrade guides instead.
