Add helper, fix test, update oauth context

This is still a WIP. This PR:

  • Adds a helper that refreshes the token
  • Changes how we are using the oauthutil.Context so we can have the information needed by the helper
  • Fixes/ updates a test

I'm keeping some logs for debugging and next todos...
