dev/sg: fix output detection envvar spelling

I thought Dave misspelled the env var in https://github.com/sourcegraph/sourcegraph/pull/36720 but it turns out I'm the one who can't spell as usual

Also made a minor tweak to the ordering of flag fields for some consistency
