docs: Fix a couple of links

A multi-file refactoring changed the path to a one that did not exist in the pinned revision. The linked code did not change much so this commit bumps the revision to a newer one and points at the new location of the code mentioned in the example.

Test plan: look at the updated docs page locally and follow the new link.
