insights: Move Search based Live Preview to backend

First pass at moving live preview for all the search based insights (capture group & search series) to use the new backend live preview.
Looking for some feedback on approach and any tips you have. Need to decided on some naming convention. Is this a LineChartPreview or is a SearchBasedInsightPreview?

Updated integration tests - pass Manual verify live preview for a capture group insight and a search insight over 2 repos.
